Payment Options
- Pay in 30 days. Try before you buy. Pay within 30 days of your order being shipped.
- Pay in 3 instalments. Split your purchase into 3 equal, interest-free payments (charged every 30 days).
Credit Checks
Klarna may carry out a soft credit check when you choose their services. This does not affect your credit score.
Fees & Interest
Klarna is interest-free when you pay on time. Late or missed payments may result in late fees.
Returns & Refunds
If you return an item, Klarna will adjust your payment plan or refund what you've already paid once we process your return.
Data Protection
To offer Klarna, we share certain personal information (such as your contact and order details) with Klarna so they can assess your eligibility. Klarna handles this data under their own Privacy Notice, which you can find at Klarna's Privacy Policy.

Split your purchase into 4 interest-free fortnightly payments.
How it works
- Add items to your basket and proceed to checkout
- Select Clearpay as your payment method
- Your first payment (25%) is taken at the time of purchase
- The remaining three payments are collected automatically every two weeks

- Late or missed payments may result in late fees charged by Clearpay (capped at 25% of the order value or £36, whichever is less) and could affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future

Returns & refunds with Clearpay
- If you return your order, your refund is processed once we receive the item back
- Clearpay will adjust or cancel your remaining payments accordingly
- Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your return for the refund to appear

Both are subject to approval at checkout. Eligibility may vary depending on order value and your account history with each provider.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Klarna and Clearpay may charge late fees and may restrict your future use of their service. Missed payments could also be reported to credit reference agencies.
Can I pay off my balance early?
Yes. Both Klarna and Clearpay allow you to make early repayments at any time through their apps with no additional charges.
What if I return part of my order?
Your remaining payments will be adjusted to reflect the partial refund. Check the Klarna or Clearpay app for updated payment schedules.
