All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

- Once a parcel leaves the United Kingdom, tracking updates may be limited depending on the destination country's postal service.
- Verella is not liable for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been handed to the international courier. We recommend selecting a tracked and insured shipping option where available.
- If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, Verella is not responsible for lost or missing packages. Please contact your local postal service or courier in the first instance.
Restricted Countries
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship to the following countries:
- Russia
- Serbia
- Brazil
- Iran
- Israel
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility.
Verella has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
Please note:
- Verella does not cover customs duties, import taxes, or any additional fees for international orders.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs or duty charges, or refusal of delivery, the original shipping fee and any return shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
- If a parcel is undelivered due to incorrect address details, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a customs or postal depot, Verella is not liable and shipping fees will not be refunded.
