Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

You can return your items for a full refund (minus original delivery fees) within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not offer exchanges or store credit.

Return Conditions

All items are quality control checked before dispatch. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn (other than trying on)
  • In original condition with all tags and swing tags attached
  • Returned in the original zip lock bag provided. This protects items during transit. Verella is not liable for items damaged during return shipping.
  • Free from washing detergent smells, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any marks
  • Hygiene stickers must remain intact on swimwear bottoms

Items returned with marks, smells, or in a condition different to how they were delivered will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our guidelines.

Try-On Guidance

We want you to love your Verella pieces. When trying on, please:

  • Try on over clean underwear
  • Avoid wearing makeup, fake tan, deodorant, or perfume
  • Handle items with care and keep all tags attached

Failure to follow this guidance may result in your return being rejected.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Verella is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs or duty fees incurred on the return parcel. Verella is not liable for returned items lost or damaged in international transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

Refunds for international orders will be issued in GBP (£). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside of Verella's control.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

How to Return

  1. Start your return by visiting our Returns Portal.
  2. Follow the instructions to submit your return request.
  3. Pack your item(s) in the original zip lock bag with all tags attached.
  4. Send your return using a tracked delivery service.
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
